Board & Committee roles
Elections were held at our AGM in June 2026 for the appointment of board member; those elected members have agreed the structure of the board as below:
Chair – Keith Bickley
Responsibilities - Call meetings when appropriate, ensuring that they are conducted in accordance with FSA rules and guidelines and ensure that agendas are set in conjunction with the Secretary.
Lead the Board, ensuring that members are recruited, inducted, receive appropriate training, are aware of their roles and responsibilities and to ensure that the Board operates as a team.
Vice Chair – Ciaran Barker
Responsibilities - Support the Chair in delivery of key tasks, stand in for the chair when they are unavailable.
Secretary – Anne Bott
Responsibilities - The Secretary is responsible for the efficient administration of the society, particularly regarding ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and for ensuring the board’s decisions are implemented. They need to remind the board of the rules to protect members interests.
Treasurer – Daniel Warren
Responsibilities - The Treasurer deals with all aspects of finance and funding, The treasurer will have a general financial oversight, advising the board on all aspects of finance.
Governance – Chris Humphries
Responsibilities - Overseeing the implementation and upholding of trust rules and constitution. Advising chair as appropriate on matters arising.
Membership – Peter Bradburn
Responsibilities - Administer the membership records, monitor renewals and cancellations.
Football Supporters’ Association – Ciaran Barker/Neil Dady
Responsibilities - Attend FSA online meetings, report to the board matters arising, review the introduction of the football governance bill and report to the board as appropriate.
Equality and Diversity – Anil Varma
Responsibilities - Represent the Trust at the club’s equality advisory fan focus meetings and report to the board matters arising. Represent the Trust at disability focus meetings and report to the board matters arising.
Technical Website – Sophie Wade
Responsibilities - Oversee the technical functionality of the Trust's website.
Marketing/PR – James Stibbs
Responsibilities - Oversee the development and content management of the Trust's website and social media content. Develop marketing strategies.
Social Media and Website Content - James Stibbs and Neil Dady
Responsibilities - Post regular media content on both the Trust’s website and social media channels.
Fans Liaison – Neil Dady
Responsibilities - Liaise with Wolves supporter groups and content providers, promoting engagement and cooperation. Working with the club on establishing fan engagement groups.
Police Liaison (IAG) – Alan Appleby
Responsibilities - Attend meetings of the police independent advisory group and report back to the board.
Sustainability, Ground Safety and Infrastructure - Andrew Round
Responsibilities - Represent the Trust in all aspects of sustainability, ground safety and infrastructure. Attending relevant fan focus group meetings.
Wolves Women – Nick Andrews-Gauvain
Responsibilities - Represent the trust in all aspects of Wolves women, liaising with the club and reporting back to the board matters arising.
NOTE: The chair of Wolves 1877 Trust also acts as our representative as a member of the club’s Fan Advisory Board.
Elections are carried out in accordance with the ‘New Model Rules for a supporters community mutual society, in line with Football Supporters’ Associating guidelines. Available upon request and posted in the members area of thsi website.
