Supporters offered digital ticketing assurances thanks to fan group pressure
Wolves have announced a phased transfer over to digital ticketing, starting next season.
Many supporters have raised concerns over the implications of this change, and the trust has communicated these concerns through both the clubs ticketing fan focus group and our role as members of the Fan Advisory board.
This concern is shared by fans of all Premier League clubs and through the Fan Advisory Board network a collective letter of concern was sent to Richard Masters, CEO Premier League.

Richard Masters responded to these concerns in an email dated 25th June 2025, he confirmed three key points:
Home clubs will be expected to ensure that a minimum of 70% of Home Tickets are issued as Digital Tickets, and they are encouraged to increase digital issuance beyond this minimum where practicable
Home Clubs are expected to deliver Away Tickets as Digital Tickets, but should liaise with the visiting club to agree a method.
Full implementation of the Premier League digital ticketing standard is planned from season 2026/27.

Wolves 1877 Trust welcome the assurances given and will continue to work with the club to ensure the transition to digital ticketing is implemented with flexibility, fairness, and full support for those who need it.
This means that supporters who are unable to use a smartphone will be offered suitable alternatives to access their match tickets. No one should face unnecessary barriers to supporting their team.
Supporters can rest assured: you will not be left behind
